Welcome to the latest edition of our newsletter

MOST FRONT ROW UNITS ARE NOW SOLD OUT, we have a few 2 bed units on front row left and around 10 second row units left. Due to a cancellation there are now 2 front row caravans available, they are 2 bedroom non pet units. Let me know asap if you wish to upgrade

Again due to the other events, I must now insist on deposits of £75 from everybody to ensure that we get the units we want
Invoices will be sent out by 1st May 2015 and cleared payment is required by 1st August 2015.

Membership rates will remain the same at £15 across the board. Subs are due as soon after 1st April 2015 as possible. Flamborough attendees have had the subs added to their invoices to reduce the admin.
Any member not paid their subs by the date of the AGM will be regarded as having left the MAA.
Membership renewal form is attached to this e mail/newsletter

This will be held in the Smugglers Bar at Thornwick on Sunday 10th May 2015 at 8pm. This year during the Flamborough week we will as usual be running the display competition on the Thursday morning and the Thornwick Challenge on one of the evenings. John Bicknell will be devising the Thornwick Challenge again.
Subject to weather and appropriate wind direction the Slope Combat Competition will be held on either Sunday or Monday. Once again Flying Wings are kindly sponsoring the event
There will be a new competition this year to be run possibly during one evening with barbecue subject to weather, an Electric Combat Comp, sponsored by Fatflyers and the format will be devised by Brian Cooper. The criteria for models for this event is as follows

Motor size will determine the battery size.
Pilots may devise their own model or use an existing one provided the criteria is adhered to or Fatflyers will have suitable kits with them for purchase and Max will have motors, batteries and speed controllers
